Must Have Teacher Forms - Beginning of the Year

I can't believe it's August and I don't really want to say this or think this but school is just around the corner.  So I'm trying to get a list together of what I need to get done when I go in to set up my classroom up and my classroom forms are on the top of the list to get organized.  I have my excel spreadsheets ready so when I get my class list I can just type the students names in.  The class forms I keep on the spreadsheet are as follows:
- Supply Money Collected
- Where Do Students Go
- Forms Passed in
- Hot Lunch Order
- 100th day trail mix tracker (this is for the 100th day and I keep track of what student is bringing in what treat)
- Special Spot (I have a bench in my classroom that a student gets to sit on each day and invite a friend...I use this form to keep track of the date each student sits on the bench.  I print this form out and and print in the dates.)
- Reading Levels
- Sharing News (I get 2 students to share news everyday and this form helps me keep track of the dates each student shares their news.  I print this form out and print in the dates.)
- Attendance
- Student Medical Information
- School Closure Information sheet (We have a few days in winter that school could be closed and when that happens, I need to get in touch with every parent to inform them that school is closed and see if they will be picking up their child or that the bus will be coming earlier.  This form allows me to keep track of who I have called and if I spoke to someone or had to leave a message.)
- Student Emergency Numbers

Here are some of the forms:

I LOVE the Dollar Store as I know all teachers do and my favourite purchase from the Dollar store are these Presentation Folders that have clear plastic sleeves in them.

So I use these folders to keep my student information, fire drill procedures and anything else I can think of because they are fantastic!!!  Here's a little sneak on how I use them.

Again, every year I try to get a little bit more organized so this year I will be trying to keep my monthly planning together and in one spot.  I will be binding each month's planning sheets together so I can easily grab it and go.  Here are a pictures of what it looks like.
