Must Have Teacher Forms REVISED

I know all of us strive to do a better job at organizing ourselves.  I feel I am getting better a little bit every year.  And when I think I have something that helped me stay organized, I always try to find a way to improve it or revise it.  So I have revised and added to my Must Have Teacher Forms for my classroom.

With some of my forms, I put together 2 books that I always carry back and forth from home and school.  I used plastic dividers from the dollar store to divide the sections and then bound the 2 books.  This first one has 4 different sections: my to do list of things I need to do or finish, my students information, my outcome checklists and a record of my photocopying.

My second book also has 4 different sections: my Parent Communication log sheets, my record of notes sent home, students I have spoken to and the reason and my student observations.  As you notice, for my cover, I forgot to put the title Students Spoken to but in my TPT package, it's there!!!

I thought this year I would keep a record of all the tasks I do throughout the year so maybe next year I will be ahead of a few things.  So I am starting to write down every little thing I do and at Christmas, March Break and June, I will go through and organize each task by month. Hopefully that will help next year.
I have chosen 76 different behaviour indicators (both positive and areas of challenge) and have put them into a grid.  I put the date and student name underneath one of the indicators so I am able to track behaviour.  I have put a blank sheet in the package too.  I have put four indicators on each page and I have also made sheet with only two indicators on each.
So I hope these forms help you as they have helped me stay organized.  You can find these forms at the following link:

Enjoy!
